> General Terms <

  • All of my art will contain a mark of mine which is not to be removed.

  • I have every right to deny any requests I do not feel comfortable doing.

  • All requests should be brought to me Via my Discord Dm's/Server or Instagram! ( Discord - spicyy.ramennn , Instagram - spicyy.ramennn )

  • Time Frame - Commissions will take from 1 week up to 2 weeks! If anything comes in the way of me completing said commission, I will inform you as soon as possible. If said time frame passes and I have not completed said commission, you will receive a refund.

  • No Redistribution - Meaning no reselling my designs, you are welcome to make a physical copy may it be for you or a friend! Reposting is alright as long as you credit me properly! (For my adopts you are only allowed to sell/rehome after 2 months with credit and permission from me.)

  • NSFW Commissions - You must be 18+ to ask for a nsfw commission and be able to verify that you are of age. This is for my sake and others that commission me! If you have any questions regarding this, please dm me Via Discord.

  • REGULAR UPDATES - I offer Wips/Progress of said Commission. This allows me to check in to confirm if everything is alright and i am filling your needs! You are offered 4 Alterations free of charge until it becomes $5 USD per alteration. This also includes last minute alterations / add ons.

> Payment <

  • Cash App Only - I don’t have any other way to receive to payment so I am sorry, but this may change in the future!

  • Payment up front - I will not be taking half payments or payments after finishing for many reasons! I will Not be finishing if the full isn’t paid up front!

  • Do not send me any payment if I haven't confirmed I will do the commission.

  • Adopt payment - Confirm with me before you randomly send me money for one of my Adopts! I need to know which to remove please and thank you!

ARTIST
I Batts am allowed to Display/Share Commissions to promote myself (may it be in Discord, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, etc.) unless discussed beforehand.
BUYER
You as a buyer are allowed to use the item for personal use (Uploading it to social media, using it as a pfp, banner, Printing the artwork, Claiming said character as your own but not the artwork itself, as long as proper credit is given!
NOT ALLOWED
You are not allowed to make money off said artwork/commission in anyway. Claiming my art as your own. removing my mark/signature from the art. Placing my art into any AI program. (If found out this happened you will not be considered for any future art raffles, commissions, etc.)
